Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SenteFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity within your workspaces. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SenteFlow only for lawful financial management. You may not use the service to store fraudulent data, violate laws, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Workspaces and data
You own your data. Each workspace is private to its owner and invited members. We do not access or share your workspace data except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Expired licenses switch your workspace to read-only so you retain access to view and export your data. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
SenteFlow is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
